The Gameplay looks great, however I’m worried about the Operator mode, It may just be me, but needing someone to act as an operator for your team to succeed sounds more like playing an online Team based game, only you are forced to drag along another player so they can stare at a map and not get in on any of the action until the mission ends. I just hope the Operator mode isn’t mandatory, because I can easily imagine many players just getting tired of being an operator pretty quick.

I hope it isn’t mandatory, but I can imagine that a team with a strong operator has an immensely higher chance of success than one without one. Honestly being an operator looks like fun, take that in stride with this type of gameplay and the pressure of a real team setting…

This looks to be a very promising release. I just wish that boosting still took energy. Armored Core needs to be as hardcore as it used to be. But then again… FROM SOFTWARE hasn’t let me down yet I’ll be patient and wait to see how the game really plays before passing judgement.

Game looks good so far, but is it just me or does it look just a bit similar to Front Mission Online? Not that its a bad thing, but I kinda hope it doesn’t lose the sense of speed that AC4 and AC4A had. Ah well, even still I haven’t played an AC I didn’t like so I’ll still be rootin’ for FROM SOFTWARE on this one!
